Truck type pump body installation hole using vertical machining center or fixed long drilling machine to large surface and bearing hole positioning processing is completed, to ensure the location of the installation hole degree. The shape of exhaust manifold has higher flatness requirement, the company adopts hydraulic fixture, and the positioning floating support adopts special hydraulic floating support to ensure product quality. Impeller shell products have large weight, various processing parts and high processing precision.
