Symptoms of insufficient pump oil pressure of gasoline pump
If the fuel pressure of gasoline pump is insufficient, the following symptoms will appear:
1、 When the vehicle is driving, the gasoline pump makes a “buzzing” noise under the rear seat.
2、 The acceleration of the vehicle is weak, especially when it accelerates rapidly, it will feel frustrated.
3、 When starting the vehicle, it is difficult to start the vehicle.
4、 The engine fault light on the instrument cluster is always on.
How much is the pressure of gasoline pump normal?
When the ignition switch is turned on and the engine is not started, the fuel pressure should be about 0.3MPa; when the engine is started and the engine is idling, the fuel pressure of gasoline pump should be about 0.25MPa.
Function and working principle of high pressure fuel pump
The oil outlet of the high-pressure oil pump enters the oil cooler. After the oil cooler comes out, it enters into the oil filter. After coming out of the oil filter, there are two ways. One is to supply lubricating oil after decompression, and the other is control oil. There may be one or two accumulators in the oil circuit.

High pressure oil pump is the interface between high pressure oil circuit and low pressure oil circuit. Its function is to generate fuel pressure in common rail pipe by controlling fuel output. Under all working conditions, it is mainly responsible for providing enough high-pressure fuel for common rail.

The installation sequence of high-pressure oil pump is as follows: during the installation of high-pressure oil pump, in order to prevent foreign matters from falling into the machine, all holes of the unit shall be covered. The unit is placed on the foundation with embedded anchor bolts, and a pair of wedge pads are used for calibration between the base and the foundation. The concentricity of pump shaft and motor shaft shall be corrected. The allowable deviation on the outer circle of coupling road shall be 0.1 mm; the clearance between two coupling planes shall be ensured to be 2-4 mm (the small value for small pump) shall be uniform, and the allowable deviation shall be 0.3 mm.
