2, the installation is too loose. Observe the machine sealing, static ring plane, its surface has a very thin layer of scale, can be erased, the surface basically no wear, this is caused by the loss of spring elasticity and poor assembly, or motor axial movement.

3, poor water quality containing particles. Due to poor water quality, containing small particles and high content of carbonate in the medium, the formation of abrasive wear machine seal plane or strained surface grooves, ring grooves and other phenomena.

Treatment: improve the water pressure or medium, replace the machine seal.

4. Assembly problems. When installing the pump cover, there may be no flat installation, resulting in the shaft and the pump cover is not vertical resulting in static plane can not be consistent, the boot time is not long, resulting in unilateral wear and water seepage. It is also possible that when installing dynamic and static rings, the rubber parts will be damaged, or the surface of the dynamic and static rings will be bruised.

Solution: dismantle and reinstall, check whether the pump cover is flat.
